Styrofoam sandwich panels are a specialized construction material designed as a three-layered “sandwich”: two outer layers made of steel and one inner layer made of styrofoam. They have excellent thermal and sound insulation properties (thermal conductivity resistance coefficient is 0.039 W/mK). These panels are intended for insulating the roofs and facades of residential, commercial, industrial, administrative, and other buildings.

High-quality ArcelorMittal (EU) and Arvedi (Italy) galvanized steel is used for the casing, and the filler material is sourced from European raw materials under from “Eurobud”.

Advantages of Styrofoam Sandwich Panels

• Versatility. Panel thickness ranges from 60 to 240 mm, with a metal thickness of 0.45-0.7 mm. Zinc coating is 225-275 g/m2.
• Aesthetics. They have a presentable facade that can be painted in any color/shade from the RAL color palette.
• Corrosion resistance. During manufacturing, galvanized steel sheets coated are used. They have polyester for maximum protection against moisture.
